An order can contain several travel products. If it is marked “Confirmed with failure”, open the affected item and read the supplier message. Give the follow-up a named owner before updating the customer.
Order Manager guideConfirm the cancellation with the supplier.
Changing a displayed status does not cancel a supplier booking. Use the cancellation action where supported, check the terms and retain the supplier’s confirmation. Some cases need direct supplier contact.
Managing orders guideCheck payments after a price change.
Editing a selling price does not change the money already collected. Arrange any additional payment or refund separately. An order contact edit also leaves the CRM record unchanged, so check that record too.
After-sales guidanceTest the back-office handover.
Travelify can resend updated order information to a connected back office. What happens next depends on the receiving system. Test both a new booking and a later change, and record any manual step.
