They open an access link to use Luna Travel in their browser. They can also add it to their home screen using the instructions for their device. Supported Android and Chrome devices can show an install prompt; iPhone and iPad users have a share-sheet guide.

For connected Travelify bookings, trip details load from the booking. Your team still prepares the branding, advice and documents, checks the trip and sends access. For other bookings, the portal's Trips builder lets your team prepare a manual itinerary.
