About Dida

Rikin Wu founded Dida in Shenzhen, China, in 2012 under the name DidaTravel, and the company is still based there. In February 2025 it simplified its brand name to Dida. In October 2025 its companies and brands were brought together under a new group structure, Dida Holdings.

Dida sells to the travel trade, including retail travel agents, tour operators, travel management companies and online travel distributors. Its hotels range from 5 star to budget properties. Dida’s timeline says it added flights, tours and activities in 2022, and the group now also offers ground transport, from airport shuttles and private transfers to chartered day drivers.

Dida says it has over 100,000 directly contracted hotels.

Dida on Travelgenix
