Speak to the team
Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everyday page changes use the visual editor, so you can update words, images and layouts without writing code. Custom HTML is there when you need to add something more specific.

Can I preview the travel website on different screens?

Yes. The University’s screen-size guide documents desktop, tablet and mobile previews. It also explains that previews can differ from a real device. Our recommendation is to check the final enquiry and booking journey on an actual phone, so the test covers the actions your customers need to complete. Source checked 28 October 2026.

Can more than one person work on the website?

Yes. Roles and permissions let you give colleagues access to the work they need to do. We’ll agree the setup for your team and show you how to review changes.

Which website plan includes AI content tools?

The current pricing page lists the website builder’s AI content and SEO tools on Boost and Ignite. It also lists 20-page, 30-page and 50-page websites on Spark, Boost and Ignite respectively. Confirm the tools and content scope in your proposal. These are published plan inclusions, not a promise of search rankings. Checked 28 October 2026.

Should I replace my website or add booking widgets?

Start with the website you want to keep and the customer task it needs to support. Our pricing guidance says Spark, Boost and Ignite can also run as booking widgets on an existing website. Compare that option with a full website build, then confirm compatibility, content work and responsibility for the booking journey. Source checked 28 October 2026.

Will you help us learn the editor?

Yes. We’ll work through setup and training with your team, focusing on the changes you’ll make most often. Ongoing support is there when you need a hand.

What should I bring to a website builder demonstration?

Bring one page you update often, a representative holiday enquiry and your supplier shortlist. Ask to change the words, image and next step, then check the result on a phone. Also agree who reviews and publishes future changes. This is our suggested test because it connects everyday editing with the journey customers actually use.
