About Ecommpay

Ecommpay is a payment service provider with its head office in London and a branch in Riga for back office and technical services. It runs its own payment gateway and acquires card payments directly, and it says it is a principal member of Mastercard and Visa. Ecommpay says its main customers are mid-sized and enterprise online merchants, and it also serves small businesses. It launched a new brand identity in 2024.

Ecommpay launched a payment service for travel and hospitality in 2021. It says travel businesses using it must have a legal entity in the UK or EEA. Its tools include payment links, QR code payments and a virtual terminal for phone payments. Payment links can go out by email, messaging or SMS. Customers can also pay by open banking, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Ecommpay offers instalments and buy now, pay later options, including finance through a partnership with humm. Settlement is in GBP, EUR or USD. Ecommpay names Newmarket Holidays, Leger Holidays and Wexas among its clients.

Ecommpay Limited is authorised by the FCA as a payment institution (firm reference 607597). Ecommpay says its payment platform is certified to PCI DSS Level 1.

Customers pay at checkout on your website. You set deposit rules in Travelify, our mid office, so customers can choose a deposit or the full amount, and each booking arrives in Travelify with the payment already taken. Online payments come with every plan: Spark, Boost and Ignite.
