About Etihad Holidays

Etihad Holidays combines Etihad Airways flights with hotels and experiences in package holidays. It calls itself the exclusive tour operator of Etihad Airways, but the airline does not run it. Etihad Holidays is operated by Capital Holidays (International) Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi, part of ADNEC Group, which is a Modon Holding company. Consumers book on its UK website, and travel agents have a separate trade login.

ADNEC announced in November 2021 that it would take over Etihad Holidays from Etihad Airways and develop it into a tour operator supplying online and traditional travel agencies. The operating company opened a UK branch in London in August 2023, and ADNEC Group became part of Modon Holding in February 2024. In the UK it now also sells holidays under its own name, Capital Holidays.

The UK site lists holidays to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, the Northern Emirates, Oman, the Maldives, Mauritius, the Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bali and Zanzibar. The operator holds ATOL 11125 and is an ABTA member (Y6333).

Etihad Holidays on Travelgenix
