HotelPlanner’s website is owned and operated by Reservations Group, LLC, which has its corporate head office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. HotelPlanner’s European headquarters is HotelPlanner Limited in London, a UK company incorporated in 2012, and it also lists an office in Amsterdam and an Asia headquarters in Singapore.

HotelPlanner handles individual, group and corporate hotel bookings. It sells to travellers directly and works with the trade in two ways: a travel agent programme for group and long-term stays, and a partner programme whose API, it says, delivers blended rates from multiple suppliers.

HotelPlanner says more than 100,000 hotels and meeting venues worldwide actively load room inventory with it, across more than 36,000 destinations. Besides hotel rooms, its site offers meeting space, car hire, flights, cruises and event services.

HotelPlanner on Travelgenix
