The company behind Innstant Travel, Innstant Travel Limited, is incorporated in Ireland with its registered office in Dublin. It is the online wholesale division of Innstant Group and lists other main offices in Cruquius in the Netherlands and Petach Tikva in Israel. It describes itself as a global wholesaler, with customer and sales support teams operating in 12 countries.

Innstant sells to travel professionals. Its accommodation includes hotels, apartments, holiday homes and villas, with direct contracts with hotel chains. It says it has more than 750,000 properties worldwide, and in June 2026 it said agents can reach more than 100,000 directly contracted properties. It also sells transfers and activities, including West End theatre tickets. In June 2026 it added sports and entertainment tickets.

For UK customers, Innstant lists a UK phone number and says it has strategic teams based in the United Kingdom.
