NOWPayments is a cryptocurrency payment gateway. Its terms describe payment processing in cryptocurrencies, with payments created through its API, as payment links or as invoices. They also cover holding cryptocurrency for merchants, mass payouts and exchanging cryptocurrency for fiat currency, and say third parties could provide these services.

The service is run by FD Transfers LLC, which its website describes as incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with a postal address in Tallinn, Estonia. The website also says NOWPayments was launched by ChangeNOW.

Its terms of service, last updated on 31 August 2026, say the services are not provided to residents or citizens of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or the United Arab Emirates. Nor are they provided to people located in or resident in Russia, or in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are restricted or prohibited by law. For users in other countries, the terms say local laws decide whether they can use the services.
