About Pierre & Vacances

Pierre & Vacances began in 1967 with a car-free ski resort at Avoriaz. Today the brand rents apartments and homes in seaside, mountain and countryside resorts in France and Spain, with destinations from the Côte d’Azur to the West Indies, and in 2026 it opened its first four residences in Switzerland. It belongs to the Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group, based in Paris, whose parent company is Pierre et Vacances SA.

Its formats include fully equipped residences with everything from studios to detached houses, 4 and 5 star premium residences with hotel services and spas, hotels and holiday villages. For ski holidays, Pierre & Vacances says it has 66 residences in the Alps and the Pyrenees in France and Spain. Pierre & Vacances says it has 193 residences with 17,619 accommodation units, and welcomes 2 million guests a year.

It sells to holidaymakers through its own websites, including one in English, and to tour operators through a dedicated trade booking website, with access codes from its sales team. Trade contracts are with PV Distribution, a Paris company registered in France as a travel and stays operator, and cover chains including Pierre & Vacances, Pierre & Vacances Premium and Pierre & Vacances Villages.
