About RateHawk

RateHawk belongs to Emerging Travel Group (ETG), which describes itself as a travel tech company headquartered in the UAE. ETG launched RateHawk in 2016 for the travel trade. RateHawk serves travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients, while the group’s ZenHotels brand is a hotel booking website for individual travellers.

Alongside accommodation, RateHawk offers air tickets, transfers, car rental and train tickets. It added rail in October 2024 through a partnership with Rail Europe, which covered 13 European countries at launch, including the UK. RateHawk has a UK version of its website, and ETG has an office in London.

In April 2026 ETG said RateHawk gave access to 3.2 million accommodation options, sourced from more than 250,000 directly contracted hotels and 350 global suppliers. It also said more than 110,000 travel professionals in over 120 markets used RateHawk, including online travel agencies, tour operators and retail agencies.

RateHawk on Travelgenix
