About TBO

TBO Tek Limited, the company behind TBO, was established in India in 2006 and has been listed on the NSE and BSE stock exchanges since May 2024. Its corporate office is in Gurugram and its registered office is in New Delhi. The group’s main brand is tbo.com, while its agent site at tboholidays.com still uses the TBO Holidays name.

TBO sells mainly to the travel trade: travel agencies, independent travel advisors, tour operators, travel management companies and online travel companies. Besides accommodation, it offers flights, car rental, transfers, cruises, rail and insurance, and its Platinum Collection features luxury hotels.

In its annual report for the year to 31 March 2026, TBO gave its hotel inventory as more than 1 million and said more than 65,000 buyers and advisors transacted across its platforms. In October 2025 it completed its purchase of Classic Vacations, a US luxury travel company, for USD 125 million.
