About Telr

Telr says it was established in 2014. Based in Dubai, it describes itself as a payment aggregator and provider and says it designs its services for startups and SMEs. Its merchant terms are with Innovate Technologies FZCO, registered in the UAE, and define a merchant’s market as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain or Jordan. So Telr is for businesses operating in one of those four countries.

Its products include the Telr Payment Gateway and Telr Social, which creates payment links and QR codes. Telr Secure adds anti-fraud checks and real-time monitoring, and Telr offers buy now, pay later over four monthly instalments in partnership with Tabby. Its payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal, along with regional methods such as mada, SADAD, STC Bank and urpay.

The Central Bank of the UAE’s register for August 2026 lists Innovate Technologies FZCO among its retail payment services providers. Telr says it supports more than 120 currencies.
