About WebBeds

WebBeds is a travel brand of WebBeds Group Limited, a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: WEB) with its registered office in Melbourne. The parent was called Web Travel Group until its change of name took effect on the ASX on 1 September 2026, and was earlier known as Webjet Limited.

WebBeds was formed in 2013 with the launch of the Lots of Hotels booking website in Dubai. It bought Sunhotels in 2014, JacTravel in 2017 and Destinations of the World in 2018, and brought its trade brands together under the WebBeds name in 2020. In September 2024 the group demerged its consumer business, Webjet Group.

WebBeds sells to online travel agencies, retail agents, corporate travel managers, tour operators, wholesalers, DMCs, airlines and tourism boards. Its supply comes from hotel chains, independent hotels, apartments and resorts, as well as attractions, transfer and sightseeing providers. In its annual report for the year to 31 March 2026, WebBeds said it offered more than 500,000 hotels in over 190 countries, including more than 60,000 directly contracted chain properties and more than 38,000 directly contracted independent hotels.
