THE SHORT VERSION
The Business Travel Association, usually shortened to BTA, represents the business travel community and travel management companies. Choose the issue you want to follow
Start with a topic that affects your corporate accounts, such as service standards or changing travel requirements. Review the relevant association material and its date. This keeps the reading focused on a business question your team needs to answer.
Turn participation into action
After an event or briefing, record one useful finding, the supporting source and any action for your team. Share it with the colleague responsible for that area. This gives membership activity a practical follow-through without assuming that attendance alone improves a service.
