THE SHORT VERSION
CLIA stands for Cruise Lines International Association. It represents the cruise industry, including ocean, river and specialist cruise lines, alongside other cruise-sector participants. Build a useful learning plan
Choose the cruise products your team sells most often and identify gaps in its knowledge. Use the relevant training to support those needs, then discuss what the team has learned. A focused plan is easier to apply to real enquiries than collecting courses without a clear purpose.
Keep product checks separate
Confirm cabin details, accessibility needs and booking terms with the relevant cruise line or supplier. Save that information beside the quote. This gives the reader evidence for the particular sailing, rather than using professional membership as a substitute for product checks.
