Give a drafting task clear boundaries

For a trial, ask the tool to turn approved hotel notes into a short description. Supply the notes, audience and writing rules, then ask it to flag missing information. A bounded task makes it easier to compare the result with the material you supplied.

Review the finished output

Check every factual detail against its source before using the draft. Record corrections and repeat the task with a second set of notes. This gives the team evidence about the work needed to make the output ready for publication.
