Plan, measure and improve

Traffic campaign
toolkit

Choose a campaign route, check the economics and prepare the links and plan you will use during your workshop.

Tool 01

Where should you start?

Use this as a practical shortlist. Your customers, offer and capacity matter more than which channel is fashionable.

Tool 02

What is an enquiry worth?

Start with contribution per booking: what remains after the direct costs of delivering that booking, before marketing and overheads. Do not use the holiday’s selling price.

Illustrative default. Replace this with your own figure.
Use a consistent definition of a qualified lead.
This reduces the amount available for advertising.
Planning input, not a recommended spend or platform minimum.

A cost per lead below target is useful only if those leads become profitable bookings. Include any extra marketing costs when reviewing the whole campaign.

Tool 04

Your next 90 days, made practical.

Write a plan small enough to deliver alongside your travel business. These fields stay on this page; download your plan to keep it.

Weeks 1–2 · Get ready

Choose one audience and offer. Test the mobile enquiry journey and confirm how enquiries and bookings will be recorded.

Weeks 3–4 · Create something useful

Publish or improve one page that answers a real question. Make its next step clear and share it through one chosen channel.

Weeks 5–8 · Build consistency

Keep the useful content moving. Follow up enquiries. Test one paid channel only if measurement and your economics are ready.

Weeks 9–12 · Review and improve

Look at qualified enquiries, completed bookings and contribution. Keep what works, change one weak point and stop wasted effort.
