IN SHORT

Reporting by product

Quick Quote documents adviser and team reports for quote activity and recorded outcomes. Trips documents reporting across trips and a booking CSV export.

Luna Work’s inbox, smart segments and Customer 360 are available in early access to Travelgenix clients. Its Reports & Ask Luna feature remains planned. Do not choose a current reporting workflow on the assumption that the planned feature is already available.

Start with the evidence available today

The Quick Quote reporting walkthrough lists quotes sent, booked, margin, conversion, reply time and time to first quote. It also describes a 12-week trend, lost reasons and a report download. The image above is the published product example, not Travelgenix customer performance data.

Trips describes reports across trips and a booking CSV export. Ask to see the exact report and export you need during your demonstration; the two products serve different working tasks.

Agree what a number means

For a useful comparison, ask which date controls the period, which records count and what happens when a quote is reopened. This helps prevent a change in the reporting setup being mistaken for a change in sales performance.

Here is an illustrative calculation, not the product’s documented formula or a customer result: if your chosen group contains 40 quotes and 10 are recorded as booked, 10 divided by 40 is 25%. Before calling that your conversion rate, agree whether the group includes open quotes, duplicates or later bookings.

Keep activity and outcomes separate

A customer looking at a proposal gives you a reason to review the enquiry. It does not establish that a supplier booking has been made or money received. Check the recorded booking outcome and supporting reservation details when you need a confirmed sales figure.

Review lost reasons in context. A price objection might suggest checking the proposal’s fit or explaining the inclusions more clearly. That is a possible next action, not proof that price caused every lost sale.

Check margin before using it as a financial result

Quick Quote lets you add item costs and view margin, as described in the builder walkthrough. Keep those costs current and reconcile the record when the itinerary changes. Ask your finance team which figures they need for their own reporting.

Request a demonstration with a small sample

Bring a few anonymised quote examples: booked, lost and still open. Ask the team to show how the statuses appear, which users can see them and what the download contains. This makes a reporting conversation concrete without assuming that every chart or field you want already exists.

WHAT YOU GET

Choose the question before the chart

These are useful starting points for your team’s reporting review.

Quote activity

Quick Quote’s published reports include sent quotes, booked outcomes, margin, conversion and response measures.

Personal and team views

Advisers see their own figures. Owners and admins can see the team view described in the walkthrough.

Outcome context

The documented reports include a trend view, lost reasons and a download. Use these alongside the underlying quote records.

Trip operations

Trips lists reporting across trips and booking export to CSV. Confirm the fields and permissions needed for your process.

HOW IT WORKS

Make the numbers useful

1

Agree the definition

Write down the reporting period, included records and the meaning of each measure before comparing teams.

2

Check the records

Review a sample of booked, lost and open quotes. Correct missing outcomes before relying on a comparison.

3

Choose an action

Use a finding to decide a specific follow-up, training topic or process change, then review what happened.

PLANS AND PRICING

Ask to see your reporting workflow

Quick Quote is listed on Ignite and Bespoke. Discuss Trips access and export requirements with the team. Confirm current product availability and plan terms before choosing a setup.

QUESTIONS

Your questions, answered

Does opening a quote mean the customer has booked?

No. Treat quote engagement and a recorded booking outcome as separate things. Quick Quote’s walkthrough explains marking a quote booked or lost.

Is quoted margin the same as realised profit?

Do not assume it is. Check the costs, changes and accounting treatment behind your figures before using them as a financial result.

Is Luna Work reporting available now?

Reports & Ask Luna is planned. The inbox, smart segments and Customer 360 are available in early access to Travelgenix clients.

Can I export data?

Quick Quote’s report walkthrough describes a download and Trips lists a booking CSV export. Confirm the fields, date filters and access available in your account.
