hoppa sells pre-booked airport and resort transfers, which are run by third-party transport companies. Travellers book at hoppa.com. Travel businesses use Hoppa Business, its trade offer for travel brands, online travel agencies, travel management companies, airlines, hotels and travel consortia. Vehicles range from shared shuttles to private cars, minibuses and coaches, including wheelchair-accessible minibuses. It also sells ski transfers, ride hailing and rail tickets.

hoppa says it began in 2004 as Resorthoppa. Its trade site, previously branded hoppaGo, now appears as Hoppa Business. In 2025 the hoppa business moved to a new company, Hoppa Group Ltd, which is registered in England and based in Woking, Surrey. Hoppa Group Ltd is owned by Elife Tech Inc, a US company, and Elife Group describes itself as the parent of hoppa and Elife Transfer.

hoppa says more than 40 million customers have used it, across more than 182 countries and 2,600 airports and resorts. It says it works with a network of more than 70,000 vetted local fleet providers.
