Build around a real decision

For a travel-business example, plan a guide that helps someone prepare a holiday enquiry, then connect it to a checklist and the enquiry page. State who each piece helps and what question it answers. This gives the collection a purpose beyond adding another article to the website.

Include upkeep in the plan

Assign an owner, source list and review date to each item. Review related pages together when an offer, process or rule changes, so readers receive a consistent explanation. Prioritise useful gaps and improvements alongside new topics, because publication volume alone does not tell you whether the resource answers the right questions.
