Put the review at a named point

For an AI-assisted travel article, assign someone to check sources and approve the finished wording before publication. Give that reviewer the source material and a way to return the draft for correction. This makes the review an actionable step with clear responsibility.

Test what happens when approval is withheld

Reject a sample draft and check that publication stops, the reason is recorded and the work returns to the right person. Include a reviewer who is unavailable in the test. This confirms how the process behaves when approval cannot be given.
