Distribution
THE SHORT VERSION
In airline retailing, dynamic offers combine continuous pricing with dynamic bundling. IATA describes an approach that responds to shopping requests with relevant product attributes and prices. Airlines decide individually whether to adopt it; the term does not establish which features a particular connection provides. Source: IATA: Dynamic Offers
Compare the complete offer
When evaluating a shopping result, check the flights, baggage, seats and conditions included alongside the price. Save the offer reference and any stated validity. This makes the comparison useful to an adviser explaining the options to a traveller.
Test what happens after purchase
Ask how an accepted offer is recorded and serviced if one part changes. Try an amendment involving an included extra as well as the flight. This helps the team assess the full workflow rather than judging the connection only by the first search result.
