Per-product screens with search, filters and click-through detail showing the price breakdown, notes, the traveller’s phone number, the full named passenger manifest and the lifecycle timestamps.
Payments are a record, not a payment system. A booking carries what has been paid and a balance due date, and the balance is calculated rather than stored. Money is collected wherever you collect it today.

Reports where the AI never produces a figure.
Accommodation and car hire each have a full nine-report builder: KPIs, revenue, occupancy or utilisation, arrivals and departures, length of stay, lead time and cancellation analysis, grouped by date, property, contract, room type, source or status. The other six products have read-only summaries.
There is a plain-English mode, and the design decision behind it is the point: the AI chooses which report to run and writes the commentary. Every number is computed by the deterministic engine, and guest names are stripped before anything reaches the model.

Does it handle money?
No. A payment is a record you write against a booking saying what was collected elsewhere. The platform never touches money.
Does it email our customers?
No email is ever sent to a traveller. The voucher is a link you share however you choose.
Which products have manifests?
Tours, coaches, trains and flights. Not accommodation, car hire, transfers or attractions.
Can the AI reports be wrong about a number?
The AI never produces a figure. It chooses the report and writes the commentary. Every number comes from the deterministic engine.
