What your customer holds.
Every voucher carries the booking reference, a status badge, the lead traveller, the total, the extras, the cancellation policy written out in plain English, your own confirmation message and a product-specific detail block: room, board, check-in and check-out times and guest list for a hotel, the route and flight numbers for a transfer, the fuel policy and named driver for a car, boarding time and chosen seats for a coach, the flown segments and baggage allowance for a flight.
Everything on it is snapshotted at booking time, so editing a product later never rewrites a voucher already issued.
The only fixed text: please present this voucher to the supplier on arrival

The supplier letter, in your brand, from your address.
When a transfer booking is confirmed, the supplier is emailed a branded letter in your brand, from your email address, with replies routed to your named account manager. It carries the booking reference, the service, the journey details, the full named passenger list with child and infant ages, the net rate payable to them and any special requests. It closes by telling the supplier not to contact the traveller directly.
Transfers only. The wording is yours, editable per account or overridden for a single contract.

Will our customers see your name?
No. Not on the voucher, not on the supplier letter, not in the PDF’s file metadata. Your logo, your colour, your wording, your email address.
How does the voucher reach the customer?
As a signed link per booking that needs no login, renders on demand and expires 90 days after the trip ends. You share it however you choose. It is also fetchable through the API.
Are suppliers told automatically?
For transfers, yes: a branded letter in your name on confirmation. The other seven product types do not email suppliers.
Can we write our own confirmation message?
Yes, one per product, up to 800 characters, with a live preview that runs the real sample booking through the real PDF renderer.
