Start with the customer’s priorities

A tailor-made brief deserves more than a destination and a budget. Ask what the customer wants the trip to feel like, what they would change about a previous holiday and which details are essential. Write those priorities into your working notes so a colleague can continue the conversation.

This is our suggested way to use the tools. It is not a promise of a particular booking value, conversion uplift or supplier entitlement.

Build a proposal with meaningful choices

Quick Quote’s builder supports flights, hotels, tours, cruises, activities and transfers, alongside text and images. It lets you include options and review the customer’s view while working.

Use that space to explain why a room, route or experience suits the brief. A useful alternative changes something the customer cares about, such as privacy, pace or time in each place. State what changes in the total and what stays included so the choice is easy to discuss.

Keep your commercial detail behind the proposal

The builder documentation describes internal notes, item costs and margin, plus deposit and balance details. Use these to prepare your own working record. Check that your costs and payment dates still match the arrangements you can actually supply.

Ask the customer to review the itinerary before you commit the booking. Confirm the room or cabin category, dates, transfers and any requests that need supplier acceptance. This reduces the risk of an important preference being treated as a guaranteed inclusion.

Make the change easy to follow

When the customer wants an extra night or a different hotel, explain which parts of the trip need checking again. Keep a clear record of the agreed version, the supplier terms and who owns the next action.

Quick Quote’s follow-up walkthrough describes recording quote outcomes and linking sent quote history to Luna Work when it is switched on for the agency. Luna Work’s inbox, smart segments and Customer 360 are available in early access to Travelgenix clients, as confirmed on 20 October 2026.

Agree how each booking will be made

Your quote and your supplier reservation are different records. Ask us to demonstrate the route from an accepted proposal to the booking tools and suppliers you will use. Check any manual handover, payment step and document requirement before launch.

Travelify is Travelgenix’s booking management product. The exact setup depends on the products and connections agreed for your business. This page does not promise access to every luxury hotel, DMC or private experience provider.

Bring a realistic brief to your demo

Try a couple travelling for an anniversary, with two hotel choices and a private transfer. This is an illustrative test brief. Ask the demonstrator to change a date, explain the revised total and show the customer view.

Then ask where supplier confirmation is recorded and how the next adviser finds the agreed details. Those checks help you judge whether the workflow suits the way you deliver personal service.

Questions worth asking

Can I use my preferred suppliers?

Bring the supplier list to the demo. Establish which are connected, which need credentials or agreements and which parts of the process remain manual. A proposal tool alone does not establish access to a supplier’s inventory.

Can the customer compare options?

Quick Quote’s builder documents options on hotel, package, tour and cruise items. Use the walkthrough to check the format against your own proposal style.

Which plan should I consider?

Quick Quote is listed on Ignite and Bespoke. Review current pricing and agree the supplier connections, product access and onboarding work you need.
