If your customer has not replied, Luna drafts a follow-up at 2, 7, 14 and 21 days. It appears at the top of the quote, and you choose Send it, Edit first or Skip.
Nothing goes until you press Send, and every follow-up carries a link that lets your customer stop them.

A price comes from the supplier’s page, worked out from what the page says. Anything unclear becomes a note for you, never a guess.

Luna never invents a hotel, a date, a flight or a price.
The money side stays with you
Your costs, margins, budgets and notes are never sent to Luna.
Booked through you
Anything Luna brings in is booked through you, never online, so your customer sees a button that tells you they want to book.

Luna Brain is our own library of destination and airport guides, monthly weather averages, events and the Foreign Office’s travel advice.
Quick Quote adds it under the trip, so your customer gets a proper guide to where they are going without you typing a word.

Questions people ask
Does Luna send anything to my customer by itself?
No. Luna drafts and you decide. Nothing it writes goes to your customer until you add it to the quote or press Send.
Can Luna get a price wrong?
Luna never guesses a price. It takes the price the supplier’s page shows and turns anything unclear into a note for you. Always check the price for your customer’s dates before you send.
Does Luna see my margins?
No. Your costs, margins, budgets and notes are never sent to Luna.
Is the weather a forecast?
No. It is the average for the month they travel, and the quote says so.
