When does the app ask for a review?
After the trip ends, in the app, while the glow is warm. It lands in your portal with the trip context.
Do reviews get posted anywhere else?
No. They are collected in the app and shown to you in your portal. What you do with them is up to you.
Can travellers book the next trip in the app?
No. Where next cards link back to you. The customer books with you, and the app stays post-booking only.
What can we see about engagement?
Who has opened the app, how often and when they were last seen, plus read receipts on messages. It does not report bookings caused.
