In the app they appear as pins on a real pan and zoom street map, each with your description and a one-tap Directions button that opens the phone’s own navigation.

Build advice around the actual booking
Trip pages put your own advice beside the booking timeline. The three page types have different jobs: Before you travel holds practical preparation, Your itinerary adds your words to the day-by-day plan and Find your way around gives the traveller places you have selected.
Use an agency default for information that applies across bookings. Check it against the individual trip before sending access. A default is a starting point, especially where travellers have different passports, routes or support needs.
A worked example for your team
This is an illustrative preparation workflow, not advice for a particular destination.
Before you travel
Start with your agency’s general contact and preparation information. Add the booking’s check-in instructions and links to the relevant official entry guidance. Record who checked those details and when in the copy you write. This makes an answer easier for the traveller to trace and for a colleague to update.
Your itinerary
Use the booking timeline for the booked sequence. Use the written itinerary to explain the plan, meeting points and your recommendations. Make optional ideas clear so a traveller can distinguish a suggestion from an included service.
Find your way around
Choose the places that help this trip: a meeting point, a useful stop or a restaurant you recommend. Check the map pin and description before sharing. The product guide describes a Directions button that opens the phone’s navigation, so a wrong pin would send the traveller to the wrong place.
Review both the default and the override
Before sharing access, compare the page with the confirmed booking. Check names, dates, meeting points and what is included. Open the source links and map directions. Then check the traveller view on a phone. These checks catch differences that can be missed while editing one field at a time.
The documented product supports an agency-wide Before you travel default with per-booking overrides. Empty trip pages are hidden from the traveller’s home. Check that the intended page has content and appears before you tell the traveller where to find it.

Do we have to write these for every booking?
No. Before you travel can be written once as an agency-wide default. Override it per booking when a trip needs something different.
What if a page is empty?
It does not appear. Rows show on the traveller’s home only when the page has content, so there are never empty screens.
How do we add a place to the map?
Type its name in the portal. A search fills in the coordinates, you add a line of description, and it appears as a pin with a Directions button.
Is the itinerary page the same as the timeline?
No. The timeline is built from the booking. The itinerary page is yours, in your own words, alongside it.
