Which websites does the widget work on?
Any website. It installs with one script tag on WordPress, Shopify, Duda or anything else. The bookable search needs your Travelify booking engine.
Do customers see the name Luna?
Only if you want them to. The assistant has its own name, your colours and your logo.
Our customers use WhatsApp, not website chat.
WhatsApp is coming soon and will land in the same inbox as the website chat. Ask your account manager to be told when your number can be connected.
Does it remember people?
Yes, on the same device automatically. On another device, by confirming their email with a one-time code. It keeps a name, a date and a topic, never a transcript.
