LUNA CHAT
LIVE
How do you know it is not making things up? A process, not a promise.
Every answer comes from a source you approved. Every fact is re-checked against that source on a schedule. Anything it cannot ground is flagged rather than guessed. It never gives a safety opinion, and it never names a competitor.

Flagged
It re-reads the source. It never asks the model to remember.
Luna never refreshes a fact from the model’s own memory. On a schedule it re-reads the source the fact was cited from and returns one of three verdicts: confirmed, changed with the evidence attached for a human to approve, or unverifiable, which is flagged and never guessed.
A malformed reply parses to unverifiable, so a bad response can never produce a false confirmation.
A freshness queue surfaces what has gone longest unchecked. It changes what you are asked to look at, never what Luna says.
The crawler that proposes new knowledge may only extract what is on the page. It cannot add.
Data built by code from a connector goes live. Anything a model wrote waits behind your approval.

Fine
Illustrative. The queue never edits an answer. It asks a person to look.
It never says a destination is safe. It shows the Foreign Office.
Luna is forbidden from voicing a safety assessment in its own words, from stating what the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office does or does not advise, and from following a safety answer with a sales question about the same destination.
Instead the server attaches the official FCDO status as a card and points the visitor at the FCDO’s own page. The data is refreshed on a schedule and warmed every day.

Is it safe to go to Egypt at the moment?
L
I do not give safety advice myself. Here is the official Foreign Office position for Egypt, with a link to their page so you can read it in full.

It will never send your customer somewhere else.
Luna is instructed, absolutely and with no exceptions, never to recommend or name a competitor. Not the big online travel agents, not comparison sites, not when asked directly and not unprompted.
That rule was written after a live chat suggested a competitor on an agency’s own website. It is the first thing an owner worries about, so it is worth saying plainly.

Would I get it cheaper on one of the big booking sites?
L
I can only speak for Coast and Co, and I would rather show you than tell you. Here are the live prices for those dates, protected under our ATOL, with your own consultant on hand if anything changes.

What does ATOL cover?
What we mean when we say it does not make things up.
We do not mean a promise. We mean three rules, applied every time.
Sourced
Every answer comes from knowledge you approved or from the Travelgenix destination library. Never from the open internet.
Re-checked
Every fact is re-read against its original source on a schedule, and any change waits for a human.
Flagged
Anything Luna cannot ground is flagged and lands in your gaps list. It does not guess and it does not fill the silence.
Questions people ask
Will it say something wrong about our holidays?
It answers from knowledge you approved, and it re-checks those answers against their sources on a schedule. Anything it cannot ground it flags rather than guesses.
Will it tell people to book on a big booking site?
No. It is under an absolute instruction never to name a competitor, asked or unasked.
What if someone asks whether a destination is safe?
Luna never gives a safety opinion. It shows the official Foreign Office status and points them at the FCDO page.
Can it publish knowledge on its own?
Only data built by code from a connector goes live on its own. Anything a model extracted or wrote waits for your approval.
Nervous about AI on your website? Good. So were we.
